  • Discovery

    BUILDING AWARENESS

Your journey begins with an exploring the specific stressors in your life, whether physical, mental, or emotional, to create a tailored approach to deep relaxation and healing.

  • Foundations

    LANDING INTO ACCEPTANCE

In the first session, you are guided through an introductory Yoga Nidra practice, helping you connect with your breath and body while activating your parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation. This foundational session sets the stage for reducing stress and building emotional balance.

  • Adaptation

    STRENGTHENING UNDERSTANDING & RESILIENCE

Each session progressively deepens your experience, as you strengthen your understanding of emotional landscape. Through guided meditation and restorative practice, your body and mind are conditioned to reach deeper states of rest, recovery and resilience.

  • Integration

    COMMITMENT TO CHANGE

After every session, feedback helps refine your experience. Personalised audio recordings are provided, allowing you to integrate Yoga Nidra into your daily life. These recordings support you in adapting the practice to suit your ongoing needs and challenges.

  • Reflection

    CHANGING PERSPECTIVES

By the end of the program, you’ll have developed a powerful tool to manage stress, improve sleep, and promote healing. With personalised recordings and a clear understanding of Yoga Nidra’s benefits, you are empowered to maintain relaxation and emotional clarity as part of your daily routine, fostering long-term well-being.

Results

  • This guided tool activates the pineal glad which releases melatonin a powerful anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and balancer of the immune system.

  • Persistent high levels of cortisol levels have shown to contribute to the development of auto immune diseases. As melatonin rises, cortisol levels in the blood drop.

  • By calming the nervous system it allows the brain to drop from beta to delta waves - a place for the deepest sleep cycle. In face 1 session is equivaled to 4 hours sleep.

  • By guiding the mind into a state of conscious relaxation, Yoga Nidra helps clear mental clutter, promoting emotional balance and clarity.

“yoga does not change the way we see things, it transforms the person who see”

— B.K.S.IYENGAR

I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone — especially those who feel it isn’t for them. My approach is grounded in slow, intentional movement guided by the breath to restore balance and flow of energy through the body.

With my background as a physiotherapist and body scientist, I have worked with people at some of the most vulnerable points in their lives, offering practices that are supportive rather than demanding. Each class is restorative, creating space for the body’s natural ability to heal while building awareness, resilience, strength and ease.

"After coming to Natasa with chronic muscle tension, I underwent a series of yoga nidra sessions that were truly transformative. These sessions were complemented by practical advice for gym workouts and stretches, and this combined approach was exactly what I needed after being dismissed by other physiotherapists. Both my mental and physical health have improved immeasurably. I'd definitely see Natasa again."
