About the sessions
Winter is a time when the natural world has slowed right down. It is resting and recalibrating — even though the pace of the material daily life has speed up with it's new year resolutions and goal - settings. These sessions are designed to offer you a weekly integration, supporting your body and nervous system gently reset during the darker, colder months.

Sleep quality and circadian rhythm
Deep rest and restoration
Through breathwork (pranayama), gentle movement, mobility, and guided relaxation, you will be supported to soften, reset, and restore, so just like the natural world, you can move into spring feeling more resourced, grounded and bloom!
