ONLINE SUNDAY RESET - SPRING SERIES

Spring is a season of new beginnings, for many cultures Spring marks the new year. The natural world is waking up, light is returning, energy is rising, and there is a gentle invitation to come back to life after the slower winter months. And yet, for many of us, spring also brings its own kind of overwhelm - more to do, more deadlines to meet, more events to show up for.

And beyond our personal lives, the world itself feels heavy right now. The news, the uncertainty, the collective grief that settles in the body, without you even noticing it. Whether it's something you can point to or just a low hum of unease you carry through the week, your definitely nervous system is holding it.

These sessions are designed to give you one hour a week that belongs entirely to you. A space to put it all down: the to do lists, the responsibilities, the phone, the news, and let your body and mind remember what it feels like to be restored rather than depleted.

Each session supports:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety

  • Improves sleep quality

  • Improves emotional processing

  • Improves immune function and cellular repair

Through breathwork (pranayama) and Yoga Nidra - a deeply restorative guided meditation - you will be supported to soften, reset, and restore. Research shows that even a single session produces measurable reductions in cortisol levels and anxiety. No experience needed. Just a comfortable place to lie down.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • Anyone living with or recovering from chronic illness, fatigue or burnout

  • Going through a life transition: fertility journey, career change, relationship endings, new parenthood

  • In a caring or helping role: therapists, nurses, teachers, social workers

  • Feeling the weight of the world and needing somewhere to put it down

*Suitable for all levels and any physical disabilities

*No prior experience needed

* Pregnancy safe

CLINICAL YOGA

The clinical significance of yoga lies in its diverse impact on physical, mental, and emotional well-being, making it a valuable therapeutic tool for chronic health conditions.

A small-group, physiotherapy-informed yoga session focused on strength, mobility, and nervous-system regulation. Ideal if you’re returning from injury/illness, managing persistent pain, or prefer a calmer, clinically attentive class.

CHAIR YOGA

The mission for holistic physiotherapy is to be accessible to a wide range of people, who may not think ‘wellness’ is for them. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that adapts traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated or using a chair for support. It is designed to make yoga accessible for people who may have limited mobility, balance challenges, or difficulty practicing on the floor.

INCLUDES

  • Breathwork

  • Mobility

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Relaxation

“Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.”

— B.K.S. Iyengar

Movement You Can Trust

Slow, rhythmic breathing steadies the mind and nervous system, creating the conditions for gentle, restorative work. Clear lines in simple shapes organise the body and clarify attention, so progress is made through conscious, intelligent action rather than forcing range or chasing a look. Dosage and pacing are thoughtful: we build capacity step by step—strength, mobility, balance—while keeping the system calm and responsive.

Posture becomes a tool for awareness, not a trophy; we use shapes to understand and transform ourselves, not to perform. This balances agency with acceptance: we change what can be changed, and meet what remains with steadiness. In Clinical Yoga and Chair Yoga alike, that means confidence to move, better regulation, and simple practices you can embed in everyday life.

"Natasa’s calm, clinical approach to yoga made it really accessible for me. She broke movements down, used props so I always felt safe, and closed each session with breathwork that genuinely settled my mind."
