The journey begins with a comprehensive assessment of your health history, current conditions, and wellness goals. We will collaboratively establish personalised objectives for your holistic health plan.

Foundation

Landing into acceptance

Over the next two months, we focus on building healthier habits across all areas of your life, including sleep, nutrition, movement, and mental well-being. Tools like Yoga Nidra and breathwork are introduced to improve rest and sleep and nervous system regulation, helping to create a strong and sustainable foundation for long-term health. You will also learn to “land into acceptance,” gaining a realistic understanding of where you are right now and what is possible on your journey to recovery. This stage is all about setting the groundwork for lasting change.

Adaptation

Strengthening understanding and resilience

As you progress through the program, we shift the focus to reinforcing routines and conditioning the body and mind for resilience. Weekly sessions are adjusted based on your progress and energy levels. Holistic practices such as bodywork, advanced breathwork, and Transformative Yoga Nidra help to alleviate pain, improve recovery, and deepen the mind-body connection.

The final month centers on integrating everything you’ve learned into a sustainable, independent routine. A comprehensive in-person session reviews your progress and celebrates your achievements, while a detailed maintenance plan provides long-term strategies for ongoing health. A final telephone check-in ensures you feel equipped to continue your journey with clarity and confidence, empowered to live with greater ease and vitality.
